I'm sure we'd come up with a name for it. The problem isn't the nations, it's the people. The very idea of a nation isn't all that old, only a fraction as old as wars.
But there would be less violence if there were one nation which could deal with problems anywhere through internal bureaucracy. Though even then, sometimes things would get desperate, and then the next thing you know stuff is blowing up.
What if there were no nations? Would that mean no more war?
