Even the heavens declare the works of the Lord, so yes, someone who has never been "told" by another human can indeed worship Jesus as God.
As well, there are countless testimonies of Jesus visiting Muslims or Eskimos and getting radically saved through a vision. He's a living God, people can have a theophany anytime, anywhere.
